It is just a 15-minute walk to Hatale Waterfalls and a 40-minute drive to Knuckles Mountain Range, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Heaven! We had a family room being a group of 4. We loved it. The boys did the tea factory tour and enjoyed a lot while us girls were chilling at the amazing pool. Delicious food and extremely cozy. Very clean and nice staff.

The unit offers 1 bed. Piya and his family were excellent hosts. They gave us space and comfort, they were very kind and helpful. They organized everything what came to our mind. He also showed us interesting places in the area which are not shown on the internet - you have to be a local to know them. The food was delicious and in big portions, and everyday we ate something new. We will definitely visit this place if we are ever again in Sri Lanka. Place is away from a main road which is an advantage and disadvantage - this means the place is very quiet and calm. There are shops with essentials like water and toothpaste very close. But if something is needed - you can get a tuktuk or a bike. There are really friendly people in the area. We felt very welcomed.

Beautiful property with lots of nature and the sounds of wildlife. We booked a family suite that was very big and spacious and the beds were very big. The staff were very friendly and professional and were always ready to assist us with our inquiries. They kept checking on us and were always asking if we needed anything. The manager was very friendly and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. The resort was only a 30 minute drive from sigiriya rock. You can also book other activities at the hotel like a safari or a local village tour which we enjoyed with the family. The food was good too and the staff prepared the food the way we liked it which was another plus.
