The highlight of our trip was the pool - it was spotless, well-maintained, and the best part was that we had it entirely to ourselves, making it a truly relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options that catered to all preferences, including gluten-free choices. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Gävle, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities, top-notch service, and a peaceful pool experience made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The hotel had so many personal touches and reflects the personally of its owners. We loved that the hotel is in old Vickery and that only added to its charm. Sadly their chef was ill otherwise we would have dinner there, instead we at a tremendous local restaurant by the water run by young entrepreneurial fellows. That recommendation, the services and walk to the town lookout were all highlights. We strongly recommend this hotel.
