Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Location was great, within walking distance to the main shopping street and right by the river. The view was magnificent, overseeing the mountains. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.

You can play squash at this 4-star apartment, and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. The apartment was very nice and clean. With 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining and living room, it gave plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and be comfortable.

Communication with the agency maintaining the apartment was super easy to handle.
