The Hoteltherme is 3,000 m² in size and includes a natural bathing pond, an indoor thermal pool, a modern outdoor thermal pool, a sauna area as well as a separate ladies' spa, modern relaxation oases and various saunas. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

Located in the heart of Styria’s Thermal Region, Rogner Bad Blumau is not only a spa hotel, but a “Gesamtkunstwerk” (“complete artwork”), designed by the famous Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser. We spent a marvelous holiday at Rogner Bad Blumau. I asked for an extra bed for my 4 years old son. Not only I was not charged for it, we also had a room much bigger than expected (and that we used to have in our previous stay). With two kids in the room that was amazing! Kids had place to move around even when we were in the room. The staff was always nice and accomodating. This is very mucg appreciated always, but with a 1-year-old that is in the phase of throwing food on the floor, it is appreciated even more! The spa is nice. There are a lot of different options. The food is excellent. The staff is great! There are big bowls with apples at the receptions, and the guests can take an apple from there. I found this small detail very generous and touching. Thanks a lot for our amazing stay. Everyone from our family was happy: kids, us, grandfathers and grandmothers.

The family-run 4-star Naturhotel Bauernhofer is set in a quiet location on 1,132 metres above sea level on the Brandlucken, amidst the Almenland Nature Park. It offers a spa area, and panoramic views of the scenic landscape. Free parking and free WiFi are available. The property was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. The Pools and saunas were great and we had fantastic massages. The food was incredible.

All of the individually decorated rooms come with a flat-screen satellite TV, a minibar and a safety deposit box. Most rooms have a balcony and all come with a modern bathroom featuring a shower and free toiletries. Some units are air-conditioned. A separate toilet is provided in all rooms. Our third time in this amazing hotel, this time we arrived with our 4-year-old daughter. This is our third time at this hotel and all that can be said is that this place is simply amazing. It provides a level of service and a true Austrian countryside experience. With a very nice and helpful family that manages the place thoroughly and professionally. The village of Bad blumau is amazing in its beauty, and the hotel is right in the center of it. The rooms are spacious and clean with a view of the village itself in front of the hotel. The breakfast is simply wonderful with a rich variety and original Austrian flavors. The location is perfect and is an excellent starting point for a trip to Styria. We also received a Genuss card, and with it, we were able to enter a variety of thermal pools for free and rogner bad blumau at a significant discount. It can be said that this is definitely a high-quality rural Austrian experience and an excellent hotel for all lovers of Styria and the countryside.

Hotel-Restaurant Allmer is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Weiz and offers a wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. The on-site restaurant offers Austrian specialities à la carte. It is a very quiet and nice place. A staff member was still on duty when we arrived before midnight. She was very helpful. Breakfast is good with a free champagne. Good value for money.

The family-run Mein Hotel Fast is situated in the centre of Wenigzell, just a 5-minute drive from the slopes and features a spacious spa area. The surrounding Joglland Region is a favourite among nature lovers. We have spent a week at this location which lies at about 800 m in a charming little Mountain Village. The Hotel is very modern with very spacious rooms, immaculate and tidy. We originally booked a double room but on arrival , we were upgraded to a mini suite which was such a lovely surprise! This consisted of a bedroom leading onto a sitting room with yet another sofa which could’ve served as a third bed , from where the room opened onto a veranda with lovely views of the fields and towards the mountains in the background. The food was quite delicious and although we only expected breakfast and supper, they actually served a very substantial snack during the day between 2 and 4 pm The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by decking for those people who enjoyed the Sun However, beyond that area was a large lawn dotted with shade trees where people could hide away from the sun and relax. There was also an indoor swimming pool which I used several times. It was charming with a lovely restroom next to it, with towels and robes. And looking out onto a private lawn area again dotted with deckchairs. It was very hot whilst we were there so I did not use the outdoor pool and the decking area surrounding it. But we went and hid under the big leafy trees on the lawn beyond the pool area Everything was beautifully done , to cater for all different kinds of guests. The other thing I liked was there was no piped music in the dining room , which made it lovely and peaceful If you wanted to have your meals outside, you could go and sit on the terrace outside the main dining room. It was very comfortable and breezy in this hot weather. I could go on and on, but it was the most amazing place and I will certainly come again Thank you very much, Hotel Fast.

Quietly situated in the historic Hartberg city centre, Hotel Alter Gerichtshof is set in a building from the 17th century decorated in castle style and offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with a private balcony and satellite TV. Hartberg Castle is 100 metres away. Lovely hotel, nicely decorated. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

Situated in Hartberg, 31 km from Schlaining Castle, Hotel Restaurant Pusswald features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has garden views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot tub. The hotel has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We liked out room, It was roomy and clean. It even had a sauna we did not use as we were passing through for one night. We loved loved the food in the restaurant on site in this family operated facility.

The Almwellness Hotel Pierer****Superior on the Teichalm refreshes with even more recreational quality. Thanks to the newly expanded AlmWellness & SPA area with a 20-metre infinity pool, panorama sauna and a second outdoor whirlpool as well as 12 Alpine garden suites, yoga & activity room and fitness studio and an underground car park with 29 parking spaces, it will be even nicer! It is one of the best and most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Everything was on the top level.
