We had an excellent stay. The hotel is right in the middle of this beautiful city. Fantastic room, we asked for a quiet one and it was perfect. Huge bathroom with spa bath and great shower. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful and booked us excellent authentic restaurants. If you are coming to Lucca you need to stay here.

We had awonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely beautiful.The hotel itself was superb — elegant, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which made the experience even more pleasant.
