although it looked dated, it was well kept spotlessly clean and backed by a Vert attentetive team. the set meal was good food and the breakfast was good. very good value for money.

Very nice hotel located on the hill under the forest. lady at reception spoke english, german and polish - she was very friendly and explained us all arrangements. hotel served dinner with buffet system - this is the one the only point i'm not fully satisfied - the quality of dinner (i find) is not so high. breakfast was good. hotel bar served good beers from local ones to selected german ones.

Excellent service from Lukas and his team, very homey and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious breakfast - and dinner at the Michelin star restaurant was exceptional, obviously because of the food, wine and delicious non alcoholic pairing, but just as much because they manage to keep it casual and cosy and not Michelin posh as it sometimes happens at Michelin places. The rooms are beautiful, every detail of the simple decoration has been carefully curated. From the comfortable mattresses to the green tile shower, the salon quality hair dryer, vola faucets, etc. But most of all we hope to return for the wonderful, welcoming staff - here you feel at home.

The 4-star Hotel & Restaurant Christkindlwirt is an oasis of relaxation in the famous pilgrimage town of Christkindl in Upper Austria, right behind the baroque church.

Excellent location! Just across the street is amazing histaric building of a library. It looks like palace! And a beautiful church. Both form a complex of amazing histaric value. The hotel is excellent in every way! The restaurant also!

Fantastic hotel on the side of the Danube.. Looks really modern on the outside, the rooms follow this theme and are large and immaculately clean and so quiet at night. Yet, when you go into the bar/restaurant it is like going into a traditional Austrian Gasthof, absolutely brilliant! The staff were all really friendly (we turned up hot, sweaty and tired in motorcycle gear..they didn't blink an eye😃) Food, evening meal and breakfast, was superb, as was the beer and wine!
