Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

Great hotel, with amazing frendly stuff and various offer. Great food (breakfast is amazing, lunch is ok, and dinner is again very good, you even get snacks between dinner and lunch). There are a lot of different options for entertaiment (table tennis, pool, pilates, yoga,...). There is a great spa facilities (5 saunas that are for adult and even more saunas for family) and good massages. One of the saunas have the most beautiful look at the lake. Ski slopes are close - Bad Kleinkeircheim is 15 minuts drive away. At one place you have everything you need for a great relaxing or sport vacations. Defenitely we will come back again.

From the moment we arrived at OTP Birkenhof, we were blown away by the exceptional service, ambiance, and attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay was simply perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The food was another highlight! Whether it was the delicious breakfast spread, the gourmet dinners every bite was a delight. The attention to quality and presentation was evident in every meal. Overall, our experience at OTP Birkenhof was nothing short of amazing. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this hotel truly does. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, look no further – this is the place to be!

A family hotel, as hotels were before. Local people work, who care about the guest's needs.Clean, everything works as it should. They have 3 nice saunas and one IR sauna. Which is more than expected. The pool is large and clean. The location is quite good when it comes to skiing in Bad. You only need 12 minutes of driving. Room is big enough for 2 adult and two kids. Will come again.

Our spacious room had a balcony with stunning views of the lake. It had everything we needed.The hotel has a really comfy feel to it. The reception staff were just lovely & spoke English very well. Breakfast was excellent...big choice buffet. Good lounge area inside & out on the terrace to enjoy the view.

Our stay at Lake Millstätter See was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is a historic building, and you can even find a commemorative plaque that shares the history of the place, which added a special charm to our visit. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. We were traveling with a child, and they always went out of their way to meet the needs of the youngest member of our family. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade — a special thanks for that! The upgraded room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space for the three of us, a bathtub and shower, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake. Breakfast was very diverse, with enough options to satisfy even the pickiest eater. But what really deserves special praise were the dinners at the hotel’s restaurant — every single one was absolutely outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is worth every penny, and we would happily return.
