Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

Nice and comfortable room, good shower and bathroom, extremly good restaurant and extremly friendly and professional staff in all areas. We enjoyed our stay very much. One of the few places we recommend!!

Chambre spacieuse et belle salle-de-bain. Bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique. Nous y avons mangé le 1er soir et c'était très bon. La piscine, quoique très froide à cette période, est très jolie et a permis à mon fils de se baigner.

We had booked another hotel before our stay in Aloft hotel. But we cancelled it and switched back to Aloft hotel as her wonderful service.
