Free upgrade at check-in, late check-out at 3pm, deliver breakfast to our room because we slept in (excellent variety of breakfast selection btw). A very beautiful boutique hotel in every detail, love the decor, colour theme, the paintings on the walls in every floor, the bar/salon, the breakfast room... Great location, few mins walk to all the major attractions. Highly recommended! We'll definitely come back! Haven't written such a great review in a long time!
