From pre-arrival where they ensured I had all information I needed to connect with my driver at the airport, to the reception I was given at the hotel where offering a warm memorable welcome was obviously important to them - just sensational. The room was absolutely comfortable with very nice bath products. The room service was efficient and the food delicious. I left very early the next morning but this experience has ensured that I will return again in under two weeks when I will be in Kolkata again.

Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable. Their welcome and hospitality set the tone for our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an expansive penthouse on the 6th floor, equipped with all modern amenities. The accommodation was huge, what I figures out it was at least 220 square meters, immaculate, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded our expectations. My wife and son were particularly thrilled with the comfort of the room, and even asked me to write their feedback on their experience. The balcony offered an outstanding view of the lake, adding to the charm of our stay. The housekeeping staff maintained the room meticulously and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
