The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. It offers spacious rooms and suites, a restaurant and exclusive spa centre with a relaxing pool, a meditation spa, a dry and steam sauna, a salt cave and a gym. The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. Was an excellent experience. The hotel is fantastic and definitely will return. The food was amazing. Staff was very helpful and professional. Facilities were great. Location was ideal: next to the woods, and it was easy to access the main sights.

Has clearly features of a 5* hotel: excellent reception with welcome drinks and sweets, staff show the hotel around, amazing breakfast (both because of quantity and quality), goodbye water bottle, pillow menu, welcome chocolates in the room, heated floor in bathroom, they gave us cold fruit slices while in the sauna (that was an AMAZING point), nice spa.... Also, had a little problem with the temperature of the room, and it was fixed in 15 min. Excellent service!

The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!
