The staff were really nice and helpful. Mr Shoukree and Mr.Ronan as.well as Julia were superb!. The location was great. The hotel provided city travel passes for the days of our stay.

The hotel is visually pleasing, well finished, and luxurious. The room was as well. Everything throughout the hotel and the room was extremely clean and in superb condition. The bathroom was modern and water was hot. The bed was confortable. The heating in the room can be adjusted to your liking, and it worked exceptionally well (temp outside was 0 C in the night). The location is great - near the train station and a few meters into the city center. Staff was professional and friendly.

Amazing attention to details, stunning interiors and amenities worthy of a 5 star hotel. Great location in relation to both museums and airport. Close to transport options and Old Town.
