From the check-in, till last minute we stayed there, which was 23 days I think 🤔, we liked everything, the reception made us feel everyday very welcome ,including the guys at entrance ,who gave us the beach towels,the staff at the restaurant , from the Chef and all the waiters, were polite ,very caring, clean,and amazing food ( I worked 30 years in this business ) we ate there many times and the food was every time exceptional, already miss the (Pho noodles ,and bahn xeo,the sea food soup too ,the vegetables spring rolls,..really the whole menu.. The Spa staff, very professional, we had massages and Sauna to the hotel and some other places too, we like the most at the hotel and one another place, to the hotel the whole package from the Sauna ,the massage rooms, the staff ,the massage beds, very clean and always smelling perfect, thousand percent recommend that place 😀 Over all the best 5 star I've stayed so far, in the top of all ,just can't stay without mention her, the most charming and professional executive assistant manager, -miss Phuong ,-thank you for making us feel ( me and my cousin)very welcome everyday ,asking us every time if we needed anything, just to make sure we've got everything to make our holiday unforgettable in that place 😊 Till next time TMS ,see you soon...

Can’t describe with words what did I like in this hotel. The place is stunning, very relax and thoughtful in every detail. From the comfortable beds to the feet treatment bowls that they place in your room for when you returned knackered from visiting. All the staff were very helpful and kind always with a smile. The breakfast was yummy and drinks were very tasty. I can’t thank enough Nathan for his help and his kindness.

Wonderful hotel! My friend in Vietnam recommended Fusion resort to me. I had not heard of the brand since it's a local brand, but the prices was very reasonable, and the pictures from the website looked amazing. Also, I liked that it was newer and closer to Hoi An. The hotel didn't disappoint. It is a BEAUTIFUL property. I got a villa first because we had 5 people staying, and the villa is beautifully appointed and all the beds were very comfortable. After my parents and sister left, my boyfriend and I moved to a one bedroom ocean view room. That was also GORGEOUS and very spacious. Breakfast in the morning was very diverse - lots of offering, so there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The spa was extraordinary. I had one of the best massages of my life there and I we really took advantage of the spa pool, infrared sauna, and steam room, EVERY DAY! It was so relaxing. I will say that the prices are very western and not Vietnamese, so that was a bit of a shock, but we got a deal which included spa with our room so it wasn't a concern for us. One thing that really made the stay special is the staff. They were all AMAZING. The reception even remembered my name! The hospitality was just out of this world. I saw some people complain about the distance to Hoi An and Danang but I didn't find it an issue. It turns out Danang is actually quite far from Hoi An, and our preference was to be close to Hoi An, so we just took a grab daily to Hoi An, which was only about 20 minutes, and about 30 minutes to the center of Danang (which I didn't really care for). Plus we really loved the seclusion and quietness of the resort The beaches were closed when we visited due to the wind so that was unfortunate, but the sand was really nice and soft!
