We were at the hotel with the kids, Staff were very friendly and helpful: the reception, luggage, restaurant, room service, etc... We opted for an all-inclusive option, which was perfect, especially with the children Food was excellent with plenty of varieties of all tastes in the buffet at the main restaurant Entertainment during the day and in the evenings was amazing. The entire family had fun, from pool foam party to evening samba show and beach party with professional DJ. The entertainment team and the kids' club team were very professional Cleanliness was also perfect We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return to this hotel

I loved all of it that’s why I made a second visit within 2 weeks. Everything was perfect about this hotel. The food was delicious the room was amazing. The staff were very attentive. It's was not my first time and it will not be my last. You just get the best value on the market. Really the people are wonderful (staff), food is great, I love the dinning place where you eat and watch the palms...also it really is all inclusive. You cant ever get hungry, thirsty. The heart of the resort is the animation team. Lots of energy, honest smiles and just really the best people. Its a great place and I sure would visit again.
