We really enjoyed our stay: from the warm welcome and 5-star customer service, to the room design and the breakfast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very refreshing after a flight and/or a walk in the neighbourhood. The hotel is conveniently located in Katong neighbourhood. Everything was just perfect! We will come back for sure!

Our room was superb; the view across to the Marina Bay Sands was incredible. It was big and very comfortable with both a bath as well as a first rate shower. We stayed in a Club Room and the Club Lounge was excellent; great food and drink selection, excellent views but most of all, unrivalled service. We would breakfast in the main dining room as the choices were greater, but the quality of the food was first rate.

The hotel with its unique design really has its own charm and vibe. The reception on the 4th floor across the bridge with "nests" - is WOW! Checkin and check-out was quite fast (staff is very friendly). The room is great and the beds are very very very comfortable. The hotel is so close to Gardens by the Bay - just 20 min walk. Thanks to the hotel and staff for the hospitality.
