United KingdomEverything is perfect Staff is extremely professional and helpful , they make you feel welcome Spa is good always well maintained and clean Thermal water is 32-33 deg There is a restaurant by the pool serving food and drink Breakfast was delicious Genuinely is very relaxing and pleasant stay We had some small misunderstanding on which manager Mina reacted on very highly professional level and that is very much appreciated Hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely come again
