A great balance of being far enough away from the centre that it’s a bit exclusive, but close enough that you can walk in and experience the hub of the town. The rooms are excellent, the pool is really nice and the staff are wonderful

To sum it up in one sentence: it was for us the only and best place to stay in Boracay with the best service, we absolutely loved it! The beach and pool are outstanding. The Crimson Resort Boracay is definitely the place to stay when looking for a great time at a more relaxing part of the island with a private beach that offers comfortable sun beds, amazing service, drinks and food. Upon arrival in Caticlan Airport, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by the Crimson team who tagged our luggage and took it from us to be loaded to a designated Crimson van. Here you can already feel the luxury promise of the Crimson Resort Boracay. We were transfered to a modern and spacious welcome center where the friendly team offered us cold towels, snacks and drinks. They anticipated our needs at the welcome center by offering us to pre book our lunch and spa appointments so they can prepare it exactly to our needs for our arrival at the resort. While checking in we received a pleasant surprise as they have upgraded our rooms unexpectedly which we are very thankful for. We absolutely appreciate their gesture and we were super happy about how they exceeded our expectations. All the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were always warm, friendly and happy to help. Every morning, the team reserved our favorite table for breakfast and without asking. Renz prepared us sliced mangoes and grilled ensaymada and took care of us during our entire stay which we loved and appreciated. Bee-Jay from Azure restaurant made sure we always had fresh towels at the sun lounge and provided us ice cold water throughout our stay at the beach. His service was beyond amazing. Francine, Nico and Zion were regularly checking on us if we needed anything which made us feel very at home and comfortable. They also met us before we left to say good bye which was a very nice touch. Vichy who made sure our departure was smooth and drove us himself to the airport is an amazing example of genuine care.

Probably the best resort I have ever stayed at. The service is absolutely outstanding starting with the arrival at the airport and dedicated boat service and throughout the entire stay. The suites are amazing, and facilities including multiple pools are just perfect in a more quiet area for Boracay. Going to the main busy area is possible walking 30 minutes on the beach or using the free service shuttle. Absolutely perfect vacation, thank you to the entire staff!

Everything. The place is a piece of heaven. The staff is super nice, the food os great, the pool are beautiful and the private beach is awesome. I use the gym on a daily basis and it was amazing as well. Stunning view, stunning sunset from our balcony.
