The hotel spaces are very pleasant, with open restaurants, a large garden with nice furniture, and an open bar. Good location, and practically the best spot on the beach, where it is cleaner and with little seaweed. Charming hotel, but not a 5-star one. We stayed in the standard room, and I found it better than the Tapanco suite, with more space, a wardrobe, and a large and pleasant terrace. The food is good.

Very relaxed vibe, breakfast was good and loved the location. We had been pre warned that it was 5 Star Holbox style and the staff balance luxury with a laid back approach well. Room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating of our needs. Gym / yoga was great.
Town is a simple 10 minute walk and if you time it right you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights. The walk was a welcome party of our nightly outings..

The location is 5 star, the beach is beautifully maintained, the staff is helpful, the room was clean, quiet, air conditioned.
