We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. I was surprised by the cleanliness and the hospitality of the employees. The location of the hotel is also excellent - there are many restaurants and the beach around. We thank the staff for their interest in the guests, their help and their smiles. This is an outstanding hotel in a great location with amazing sea views. What made my visit so memorable were the staff. Everyone I met was so friendly helpful, calm and polite. I had a birthday during my stay and got a lovely surprise from the staff with chocolate cake and bubbly.

Wonderful experience, probably one of the best hotel i've ever spent my vacation. Me and my girlfriend were absolutely stunned by the quality of services (inside pool and restaurant were absolutely amazing), the beauty and elegance of the room and the kindness of the staff. In addition to that, at first we had some troubles with the booking, the administration was extremely collaborative (which is something really rare nowadays). Key elements were also comfy bed and the woundrous choice of light disposition. Best feature for sure was the paccheri dipped in duck sauce we ate last dinner, unforgettable 🏆 Despite the rainy days we got an EXCELLENT experience, even if i'm pretty young, i'm sure it will.be difficult to beat this level of quality. (One advice, try the pillow menu for your best sleep, we discovered it unfortunately too late, it's my only regret)

I stayed in this hotel for almost a week and can only recommend it. The hotel just opened, everything is brand new. I was upgraded to a double room on a high floor, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The area is noisy because of the many bars around but the room was very quiet The staff is extremely nice and polite, they make you feel very welcome. The breakfast is wonderful, food is tasty and varied. The pool was not open yet so I used the one at the Intercontinental hotel next door. They are connected through a bridge, which is very convenient. Many thanks to the staff for such a wonderful stay.

We loved almost every aspect of our stay at the Cugo Gran Macina! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room (Corner Suite), was the perfect size for the two of us and also finished to a high standard. The breakfasts were amazing and the dinner was a fantastic experience as well. It was my 50th birthday during my stay and staff put some balloons and a cake in my room when we were out which was a nice touch.
