staff was amazing, they truly give you the feeling of a VIP. from the pickup at the bus station, including a nice check-in process in the room. The breakfast was delicious with beautiful view on mount fuji! the onsen in the room was perfect and it was an amazing experience overall to stay in this hotel. would definitely come back and recommend this place.

We just loved the Villa we stayed in. They provide you with complimentary juices for kids and wine for adults. The villa is very spacious. they even provide you with all the cutleries, BBQ Set and all other home appliances. The best part is the terrace area. In the morning, you get awesum view of Mt. It is a 2-storeys traditional Japanese house and it is huge!! Love every corner of the house; the decoration, the design is very unique. This is our first experience staying in a traditional Japanese house, with futon beds, tatami floors and also with the real bamboo-paper walls. The living room, dining area, and kitchen is very spacious. The two bedrooms allocated for us (2 adults + 2 kids + 1 infant) were very comfortable, but we only used the room at downstairs. It is recommended for those coming to Fujiyoshida by car because the house's location is not public-transport friendly. Definitely will stay here again in future for our Fuji-san trip since the kids love this house so much!
