Promenade hotel is the best hotel ever built in Riccione. The hotel it made my stay wonderful. all services and housekeeping at high level. breakfast was excellent by Gabriel. Promenade team makes everything perfectly. special thanks to reception officer Mrs Eman for fast check in and for all assistance she provided. definitely smart and highly recommended hotel for people who want to enjoy the holidays. hopefully will visit again

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and full of thoughtful details you wouldn’t even find in a five-star hotel. Everything was perfectly prepared for us, from the welcome sparkling wine to the individual toiletry sets, fresh fruit, and breakfast items. Matteo and his father were incredibly kind and responsive, making communication easy and pleasant. The location was perfect for our work trip. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Hotel with a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool, sun loungers and towels available for guests. On the private beach also sun loungers with towels. Hotel staff smiling and very professional. Breakfast delicious, with a choice of probably everything that can be for breakfast. There were also omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, waffles or sweet pancakes prepared on the fly. I must single out the consierge at the hotel, Mr. Andres, who was up to the task and helped us immensely. We were supposed to take trains to Lido di Jesolo and unfortunately there was a train strike that day and we had no way to get there. After a few hours of nerves, it turned out that we would have a rental car substituted, and the next day someone would pick it up from us in Lido di Jesolo. Once again, thank you very much and the hotel highly recommended.
