Our Concierge Annalaura was amazing! They upgarated our room like a compliment. She organized all our program and reservations perfectly. The Hotel exceeded my expectations so much! Luxury facilities, classy environment. Boutique place with style. Much better that other 5 star hotels in the island. The staff was super attentive, nice and friendly. Our stay was incredible, it far exceeded our expectations! The place is much better than the photos show! Everything tasteful, very clean, with incredible service. The team takes care of your needs and solves them in the best way possible. In a special way, we were welcomed at breakfast by the manager Davide who called us by name and treated us in a kind and very attentive manner and with super professionalism. There's no way not to be enchanted by this hotel! We will definitely come back and recommend.
