The hotel was extremely cozy and clean! From visiting multiple hotels in India (also 5 star ones), this hotel has been the cleanest I have slept in. The staff was incredibly sweet, they have welcomed us with a traditional Indian necklace, they have been helping us with ordering additional person groceries/gifts from local suppliers too. I am very satisfied with the hotel, the facility (which has been also Christmas decorated), the cleanliness and the hospitality and kindness of the staff. Hotel is very much recommended! Thank you for the pleasant stay (short but pleasant).

Location was fantastic and was within short walking distance to two top notch shopping malls of South Delhi, Select City Walk and DLF Avenue. Room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant staff were very courteous so were the staff of entire property. My wife unfortunately tripped and fell outside the main building and was injured. But the instant care she received from the guards at the gate, front desk and lobby staff was unforgettable. That speaks of the professionalism of the people working at Sheraton Saket. We will certainly come back when we are around in New Delhi, India for our next trip.

Unfortunately, I had some stomach problems but on talking about it with the Guest Relations Manager, she lost no time in connecting me with a local doctor who also was very helpful. When one is not feeling well one looks for home but all the staff, including those at the restaurant, made me feel at home. Thank God I was able to take the long journey back home.
