I love the property it’s exactly what you see online. Nice staff, the restaurants in the property are really good every dish I order was awesome. I also tried the Ayurveda(spa) in the premise is really good. Overall I loved everything about them.

Wonderful staff. They are very helpful and patient. Rooms are clean and have lovely heritage decor. The location is great. It's just a short walk to the beach and close to so many restaurants and cafes. Breakfast at their Mira cafe has a good selection of Indian and international choices. I especially enjoyed an early morning dip in the quaint courtyard pool. I had an issue with my taxi. This was not the responsibility of the hotel but they went above and beyond to assist me. I'm very grateful for their kindness.

Incredible massive rooms and superb breakfast. Staff also so friendly. La Villa is in a lovely part of town close to great restaurants.

Loved the attitude of the staff, very friendly, very helpful, especially Prabhu, Diki, Padmini and Gopal who went out of their way to make my husband and I comfortable. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the property and the staff out did themselves in making it extra special for my husband.

The property is at a prime location and very hard to miss. The check-in process was very easy and the reception staff made us feel welcomed. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the hygienic. The Hotel does not have its own kitchen. But since I was visiting for work purposes, it did not make much of a difference. They have a separate room for drivers and the driver was very well taken care. Check-out process was equally smooth. They have an option of late check-out and they were accommodative to let us be there for a little longer for no additional charge. It is definitely a must book place for me.

Rooms are good and the location is very near to the beach, just a walkable distance. And the main part is the owner and staff. Very helpful folks and guides in any help we need. Even went to the extent of taking us on his own vehicle to the town centre to get rental bike. Very much recommended place for families to stay.

Fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right along the seaside, with vibrant and lively surroundings in the evening that truly bring Pondicherry to life.
