The room was magical with a balcony facing Taj Mahal. The staffs are attentive and detailed. They brought surprises for the turndown service in the evening. We can see Taj Mahal with a full moon view through the room window, and enjoy the breakfast with the view of peafowls walking on the performing stage in the morning. This hotel is such a breathtaking place to view Taj Mahal, and it was an unforgettable experience and stay in India.

Everything about the hotel was great! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were well-designed. My friend and I were so tired, and the hotel felt like a sanctuary. We were only supposed to stay one night, but we decided to extend our stay in Agra by one more night just because the Trident felt so relaxing.

1. Location was close to Taj Mahal & Agra Fort 2. Swimming Pool was great (You can see the Taj Mahal from Swimming Pool in summer). 3. Stuff was very friendly and helpful 4. Room and washroom were wonderfully clean, beds were comfy and the room service was also very good. 5. The receptionist (at night) was great. I requested him to open the swimming pool section after the closing time of pool to take a photo of the Taj Mahal on the full moon night. In the beginning he said it’s out of their rule but later he let me go there and take a picture. 6. Complimentary Breakfast was excellent with multi cuisine food almost all of which tasted great. And we had lots of foods to taste 7. The lobby was so wonderfully decorated and glittering clean

Breakfast: Both Indian and international breakfast was served; both delicious. Omlette station was a big plus with many options. Pastry was freshly baked. Beverage, both hot and cold, was freshly served throughout the breakfast hours. Cleanliness: As soon as one steps into the hotel one can easily understand that this establishment is a clean facility. Beds, bathrooms, towels, rooms were very clean. Furthermore, laundry services were exceptionally on time and well-done.

The swimming pool, the few from hotel, the hotel design is so beautiful, and the food from restaurant is delicious. We are happy with the services and facility, and we are enjoyed. We are stayed 2 nights here and everybody happy after long drive form Delhi. We got free charge for extra bed. I also joined the Taj member to get more benefits. Amazing experiences. High recommended. If we back to Agra again in future, we will definitely stay here again.
