The hotel isn't too big, which makes it feel more intimate. Wellness had everything you could ask for. The breakfast and dinner offerings were great, considering you can eat both a la carte and from a buffet for breakfast. Dinner offers a variety of food that meets 5-star excellence. Staff was very friendly.

We love the hotel. Especially the Spa. The 4* Spa is also great. Food is amazing, too. Staff is nice. We really relaxed and will be happy to be back.

Great place for families with children. The food was great, the facilities for the kids are fantastic. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are large, comfy, equipped with everything you need for small kids. The staff is amazing - paying attention to details. We enjoyed the evening live music at the lobby bar.

I recently stayed at Anna Grand Hotel by the beautiful Lake Balaton, and it was a wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail. The hotel room is equipped with spa robes and slippers. It also has a Nespresso machine and a kettle with several capsules and a selection of teas. The amenities, especially the spa area, were top-notch. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The hotel has two indoor pools, a swimming pool and hydro massage pool. Finnish and Turkish sauna are also available. In this time of year, there aren't as many guests staying at the hotel, so spa area isn't crowded with people, which makes it even more comfortable. The food was another highlight; every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. On weekdays, our breakfast and dinner were a la carte, whearas nearing the weekend, buffet meals were served. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Daniel, the hotel’s sommelier, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His warmth, hospitality, and spot-on wine recommendations added a unique touch to our stay. Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your expertise and making every evening so delightful! EVERYTHING! What a fabulous hotel, everything really was perfect! The staff were super helpful and friendly, the spa is idyllic and so beautiful, The breakfast each morning was fantastic and we loved that it was served up until noon. We honestly can’t wait to return
