. We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

Beautiful room with lovely old style furniture. Beds very comfortable. Separate toilet and shower. Fruit plate in our room when we arrived. Staff insisting on carrying our luggage to and from our room, besides giving good advice on restaurants and sightseeing. Excellent breakfast. Free parking garage with reserved space across the street.

Every single service that was provided to us was incredible!! The view from our balcony that we could see the lake, the amazing design of the rooms, was giving cosy vibes!! Oh and the swimming pool had the perfect temperature, and the shower had a unique style!! We were thinking of staying for one night, but two wasn't enough!! Found my favourite hotel at Ioannina!!
