The hotel was in a good location and had all the facilities expected of a modern hotel. However the staff were exceptional. You were always greeted with a smile and every interaction was concluded positively. This year we have travelled through North America and Europe and the staff at this hotel were the best we experienced.

Everything... the location, the lobby, the room, and the amazing view. We were lucky enough to get a corner room on the 7th floor, so we had an amazing view...even when sitting on the toilet :-) We loved it! Breakfast was also very good!
