Great Rooms, Friendly Staff and Fantastic Service

modern hotel not so far from the Gondola. We could have walked but took the car to the gondola parking. The hotel is really clean and nice. The pricing is excellent as it has dinner included for very small price. The food is really ok. There is a ski room where you can leave your stuff (no heated ski shoe warmer as we are used to in central Europe though)

Nice calm location with a spectacular view on the mountains, nice spa (not so crowded during the daytime), a shuttle to Bansko ski station, cozy lobby with fireplace, with games and books. The food was quite nice, they have their own farm cheese, ham, wine and other products.
