Rooms are slightly bigger than hotels in Tokyo and were great for our family of 5( includes baby). The view was exceptional. The breakfast was awesome, a bit of western to east items and again the view was great. We got Club Lounge access which I highly recommend, quality drinks and food items for the entire family. Location was exceptional with station connected to hotel and one stop from Nagoya station.

The staff is beyond excellent, extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. We had the Japanese breakfast which was really delicious. I loved how big our room was, it was all well worth the stay.

It was amazing. the next morning she made us the best breakfast I had in Japan, took me on another tour through the city, before dropping me of at the station. And of course I don’t want to forget to say that she gave me 2 beautiful souveniers! She is the best!! like we’ve known eachother for years, from the first moment I saw here.
