The staff were excellent, they accommodated all our needs. The rooms are all modern and well equipped. You get a welcome drink. All went fine. We even extended our stay one more night.

Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch with honour bar - the Prosecco was perfect on the balcony when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun stuff in Basel. It was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. It was easy and fast to communicate with the landlord. We were able to leave our bags early before check-in as well as store them longer after check-out. I would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others.
