It was such a cozy beautiful cabin, with a really nice view of the fjord. As we came off season and there wasn't much to do,it was the perfect place to relax a bit after road tripping for days. The lady that welcomed us was so nice, she told as about everything that was open and all Infos what to do in March. We can only recommend it. Me and my boyfriend agreed it was the best place we stayed in Norway .

We stayed two nights at Overvoll Farm to explore the area of the Geiranger fjord. Upon arrival we were immediately charmed by the looks of the guesthouse and its interior. A perfect combination of old style tradition combined with modern comfort. Our host Hege Kristin made us feel very welcome. We had breakfast twice and one evening dinner. Both breakfast and dinner were great! An large variety of products to choose from, and many were home made. I tried some (for me) unusual combinations, and everything was very tasteful. Dinner was great too with local hunted deer stew and home grown vegetables. In between we also had some great conversations with Hege Kristin. Our host didn't make us feel like welcome guest, but she spoiled us like royalty.
