The host was amazing. She went out of her way to accommodate our last-minute booking and very early check-in. She went to clean the room herself, before the cleaning personnel was scheduled to arrive, so we could move in in the morning. She was always available and responsive, even during the night, to assist with any problems.

The family-run Anna Studio is located in Ammoudara of Heraklion, just 70 metres from the sandy beach and within a short walk from restaurants and shops.

we've just returned from a 10 days holiday in Crete, where our home faraway from home was Anna Studio Hotel. I say "home" because it sure felt like it, with warm people like family, whose only concern was to make our stay perfect. we've had an delicious and varied breakfast almost every day except the days when we left early for a boat trip or excursions all over the island. Location is ideal, between sandy beach (150m) and Amoudara's central street packed with taverns and stores, even supermarkets. Anna Studio Hotel is a small, chic and very clean hotel but with quality and modern finishes and has a very spacious parking lot which makes it so easy to choose as a holiday accommodation. we thank you to Mrs. Anna, Mr. Iannis and their entire family for hosting us and for making us feel like family for our 10-day vacation!

It was great and comfortable accommodation. Although it is relative far from the city center and airport, you can use direct city bus N6 from the airport going through Heraklion center, the nearest stop is Hotel Castro (200 m from the house). The host was very friendly and helpful, any question by WhatsUp was replied in a few minutes. Keyas are stored in safe-box, you do not need carry about exact time of your arriving. The appartmant was clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi worked well, the kitchen was well-equipped with machines (oven, 2 coffee machines, 2 tosters, microwave). The nearest beach is 200 m from the house, you will find there cafe where customers get sunbeds for free. The great advantage is separate climat-control units in each of 3 rooms. It was real pleasure to find cold water and beer, but also some other things like olive oil, raki, sugar, coffee etc. - simply everything what you need. I'm really happy that I have chosen this accommodation for our visit to Crete and can highly recommand it.

The appartment had all that I needed. It is very close to the center - a free minibus takes you directly to the center (Agios Minas and Plateia Kornarou). There is a beach right next to appartment with a seafood restaurant and you can reach Ammoudara and bars by foot. I managed to explore Heraklion a lot and rest in this cute appartment. I was alone, but there is room for 2-3 people and even a children bed. There are all kind of amenities - all things for cooking, books, hygiene, wash mashine and washing powder, AC, smart TV... Balcony is also very nice and big with direct seaview. Altough central, neighbourhood is peaceful. For intercity travels you can use Giofiros KTEL station nearby - I used it to reach Rethymno, Chania, Faistos, Matala, Knossos, Palaiocastro... Crete is incredible! The owner was very kind and helpful with advices. When I visit Heraklion, I intend to stay here again!

Very clean and well-equipped, both kitchen and other facilities. Spacious for 2 people, with a terrace and living room. The bus stop to centre is close by, and a great beach bar Teatro is 20 minutes by walk.

I had a fantastic stay at Vaya Suites in Crete. The room was spotless, beautifully equipped, and the jacuzzi was an extra treat that made the experience even more special. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming — a real standout. Marina at reception made me feel so at home both times I visited, which truly added to the experience. I also enjoyed the breakfast at their sister hotel nearby — a great selection and a lovely way to start the day. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
