The views are stunning. The hotel is located on top of the town ensuring unobstructed views of the mountains and the tranquility of the countryside. The food is beautiful. I had dinner twice and absolutely loved the veal rosti. Whilst the room is very maximised in terms of space the beds are super comfy and the shower powerful. The best is the staff though. So welcoming, kind and accommodating. They had a table secured for me every night despite of being open to the public and they offered me towels for me and my dog when we arrived soaked the first day :)

The host were very friendly, almost family feels. We were not able to come in time to our reservation day and managed to make a deal with them to book for the next day. Then she surprised us with a better room with view on mountains. They are really worth all the stars and never had issues. The food is also according to gault millot. It is superberb. I would everyone to go there. They only have 8 rooms so it is a privilege to stay there.

This place was delightful in every way. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and one of her five children. We were shown around our room and to the kitchen, which we were free to use. The room was beautifully set up, with lovely touches including a jug of drinking water on the table, and some individually wrapped cookies, which were vegan (a bonus for us, as usually we can't eat any chocolates or cookies). A little later, the host came to see us again with another of her children, to collect our payment. Again, their interaction with us was extremely warm and friendly. The room had a wonderful wall-length heater, which kept it warm, and a really nice combination of lighting, including a standing lamp with a dimmable bulb, and bedside lights. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower screen was so clean that it looked brand new - it had no streaks or water/soap marks on it, and the towels were folded to perfection. We spent two nights here but could have stayed longer due to how lovely it was. On the morning of our departure, the host came to see us to make sure we said goodbye when we left. She was so friendly and lovely. I cannot fault this place at all; it easily deserves a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful resort that meets the wants of the entire family. Surroundings and views are magical. After dinner is a great time to enjoy the arcade and other amenities. Pony ride for children was the ultimate highlight for them, they really enjoyed it!

The location and view of the facility were perfect. If you chose the right room, you could see the sunrise and sunset. There were many social areas and it was fun. There were many opportunities for children. There is a paid indoor parking lot for each apartment, you can reach the apartment directly from the parking lot.

Great facilities for families with children of every age (playgrounds, pool, bowling, gocarts, climbing walls and much more). Small kids pay a reasonabke flat daily rate and can use the kids buffet, which is very good and varies every day.

Amazing location close to Zurich with beautiful views Active family spirit- the facilities for kids are incredible and activate parents to join their kids in fun time together Very kid friendly hotel, family room comfort really comfortable stay, after 2 nights felt really relaxed

Location just 20minutes from Lucerne city, view was excellent, especially when winter season, all covered by snow, value of money, we chose holiday home and suitable for family comfortable to cook your own food, pool was awesome surrounded by snow and water was warm, kids were very happy and really enjoyed all facilities, very suitable for family with kids

Everything is done for families. It's easy, the access, the permises, the way to pay, the possibilities of different kind of restaurants on site. It is also great to have other activities in addition of the swimming pools. We also really appreciate the spa area and the friendly access even when you have children.
