This was an absolutely marvelous place. The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food was excellent, and the seawater pool was wonderful. My kid loves the playground. Also, lots of reviews talk negatively about the beach. In our opinion, although it wasn't a large strip, it was clean and the water was warm and clear. You could go for a swim in it without any worries whatsoever. I thought it was perfect for our needs.

We stayed here for 4 nights. There is nothing to complain about. Staff super attentive, their recommendations were always spot on and never seized to amaze us. The room was amazing, bathroom huge, yes it has a slight opening in the ceiling to the outside so expect a few geckos but that is part of the magic of this place. The infinity pool is quite good as well, great view to the beach and to the sunset. Drinks at the restaurant are top. Breakfast has a wide selection of both Western and Vietnamese food. Unfortunately Phu Quoc has a problem with garbage disposal to the sea so expect to find plastic on the beach. They have two divers every morning cleaning up the beach and sea front but the plastic just keeps coming throughout the day. Can't fault anything in this hotel. Would definitely come back

What an incredible stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mango Bay from start to finish and would have extended it if the hotel wasn't booked up. The staff were so accomidating and everything was thought of right down to the nightly incense placed in the room to combat mosquitos. We didn't leave the resort throughout our stay and had a great meal at both restaurants every time, which made Christmas Day paticularly special. The breakfast included is great and has lots of variety and they accomidated to my allergies. We'll definitely be making a return visit. Thank you to all the wonderful staff throughout the resort!

The property is very nice, big rooms, clean, excellent beach and great food, but what makes this place amazing is the staff and the manager Maurizio, they did everything and more to make us feel like at home. I would highly recommend this place to anybody coming to Phu Quoc, if I come back I will return here. Unfortunately time was limited and we had to go to visit other places, it was sad to leave. Thank you very much Maurizio and his fantastic team for everything!

Very nice, generous and friendly lady managed the resort, as we arrived she received us with a cold drink and very delicious water melon 😊 any help or assistance we needed , she was ready to help in anything at anytime with full smile 😊. Very good location almost in the middle of the island , near from a beautiful beach around 15 min walk-distance, motorbikes could be hired at the resort or near by from 6-8 us $ per day. Quite for people looking for relaxation in calm area. Big choice of restaurants around the place. Good and reliable WiFi. Well equipped kitchen available for guests, we could cook all what we liked to eat, as the grocery and seafood market was near by otherwise we could do our shopping by motorcycle 🏍️. At the end, we moved to other area of the island and had to come back to the same resort as we enjoyed our stay their
