Everything was great. The location perfect in the old Hanoi area, the staff super helpful and ready to advise and assist (special thanks to Chloe and Jasmine!), the rooms quite big and comfy, the breakfast rich and also tips for trips and free bicycles!

Was so cozy and in a great location. Quiet nights sleep but only a 5 minute walk into the old town. Helen the manager was so lovely and very helpful. Arrived early in the morning and gave us a fold out bed to sleep in whilst we waited for our room. Some of the best service I’ve received at any hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in hoi a for short or long stay.
