Everything. My and her family are truly amazing. The villa is just perfect. The staff is ready to help you out with anything you need. I really want to take the time to write a review about how amazing this stay was! I stayed for 3 nights and was sad to leave. Mr Hai and his wife are so friendly. For instance, I texted that I was going to arrive very early in the morning and he tried to manage if I could check in so early (even though official check in time would be 15:00). Also, he made sure my laundry was done (honestly, some clothes have never been cleaner, I need the tips of that laundromat company! ;-) ). Every day, they gave me free bottles of water and also he arranged a lovely tour and the taxi to the airport for me. Oh, I almost forget that as a guest you can lend the bicycle for free, i’d say the best way to explore Hoi an. In short, wonderful stay with wonderful people. If I ever come back to Hoi An, I will stay again with Mr and Mrs Hai.

Everything about this place starting from the location which is about 1 kms from the ancient town to the lovely hosts, everything was perfect. The hosts were very cordial and arranged airport pick from danang airport at around 1200k VND. There was some language hiccups but they always did more what we asked for. The rooms were clean and huge, we also were given umbrellas to go out when it rained. Overall I would say it was a very good stay and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Hoi an.

Really clean place, you have both A/C and fan in the room and a large bathroom. The host was super kind and nice! She helped to get buses to come to Hoi An from Da Nang and also to get a bus from Hoi An to Hue to continue my trip in Vietnam. So if you need any help just ask her, she will fix it in no time.
