This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

The staff was very good, exceptional. I was very pleased with 'Scarlett' and 'Alice'. They were available at all times, constantly checking to make sure we were being taken care of. I had my daughter in law and two young grandchildren with me. The care they gave the children was above and beyond expectations.

A very well-designed and maintained property. Great location. Excellent service. Close to all the action, but in a relatively quiet spot (except for a little construction on anew building right outside our room).

Actually is better than the photos. Great location, 2 min walk to the river. Great service.Tam the receptionist booked tours for us,she gave us bicycles and ahe was very sweet. Room had everything you would need.

This was a beautiful hotel situated perfectly close to both the Ancient Town and walking street of Hoi An. Despite being a stone's throw from the bustling bars and restaurants of the walking street and night market, the hotel was quiet and felt secluded. The rooms were beautiful with tasteful decoration and a generally luxurious feel. I didn't use the pool, but the pool area was spotless with a variety of larger beds and loungers available, and this area was never crowded during my stay. Breakfast was high quality with a variety of Eastern and Western inspired options, and with small stations set up encouraging guests to make their own ca phe sua aa, bahn mi, or cao lau, which seemed like a lovely idea, but I'm not sure that many guests understood (I witnessed one guest complaining that the selection of cold cuts was poor when picking sliced pork of the side of the cao lau station and another using the condensed milk from the coffee station to por over his cake). Perhaps some more staff guidance would help guests to understand this better? Overall, it would make an excellent choice for a romantic getaway, or luxurious break in the middle of a busy tour of the country. I stayed in a variety of hotels in Vietnam - most were excellent by their own merits, but this was the hotel which impressed me the most.

Everything is great in LAN Uyen homestay, from position, to rooms, bathroom, cleanliness, but the real gem is Ms Thuy (Manager and Receptionist) who is very kind and extremely helpful with any requests ( guides, tours, transfers, etc). Although this homestay may be a little more expensive than the average, it is absolutely worth every extra penny. Do not miss it !!
