We loved Emerald Hoi An Riverside hotel. The location was perfect and we had a river view room which was very quiet except there was construction next door during the day but at night it was very peaceful. The breakfast that was included was perfect, as well as the restaurant's regular menu which we used a few times. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful in every way. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

Very good location, nice staff and nice rooms. The hotel is very close to the old town but far sway enough so there is no noise from the busy streets in the evening.

Very nice hotel right across the river from the old city. The staff is outstanding and always there with a kind word and help as needed. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choices each day. From our balcony we could see the lantern boats each night. The shuttle to the private beach was nice and having the sun loungers there was a nice way to spend an afternoon. All in all a great place to stay and see the old town.

The room was very nice with a very good location (motorbike accessible even in the evening when the surrounding streets close only for walking). The host was also very helpful. He suggested his sister's tailor shop where we ended up with a skilfully made clothes. He was also very nice when handling our motorbikes' parking, early check-in, and allowing us to store baggage after check-out for the day. We can definitely recommend.

The location is very near the central old town. You can simply walk around or use a bicycle which the Bill ben homestay provide for you free. The host family was super nice and we had a great time stay here! Definitely recommend 100%.

Perfect - perfect located in the heart of the Hoi An historical center, though very pleasant and quite. Rooms with internal balconies, common spaces heavenly decorated. People were just amazing with us. Took care of everything. Hui arranged for us taxi to the airport, show tickets and he was helpful all the time.

I think this place might be the best homestay we’ve ever stayed at! The location was absolutely amazing and on the island which is so close to all the bars and pubs. Our room was very clean and cozy and the staff were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating with a ‘can do’ attitude. We had the best time staying here and this place was definitely the highlight of our visit to Vietnam! Thanks so much for the amazing hospitality!!
