Room is very new and spacious. Bed is comfortable. It’s location is near to old town within 5-8 mins walk, close to the night market too. The toilet and shower room is separated which is very useful. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes walking from the main attractions, but on a silent road that makes it easy to sleep. The hosts are great! Helpful and always ready to help with everything. Good breakfast, functional rooms, super quick laundry service. We needed to stay another night and even if the hotel was fully booked, they managed a way to let us stay. They arranged the taxis both ways from and to Da Nang Airport at a fair price.

Everything was great but what impressed me most was when I wanted to wipe something off the floor, only to find out it was a permanent stain (no issue) and my wet wipe was as if unused! I have never seen such clean floors in a hotel!

We had a great time at Susan's! She made us feel welcome, she helped us in everything she could and she gave very good recommendations. The hotel is in the city centre but in a quiet street, so there is no noise and the room was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed being at her place with her family and her happy kids!
