The location was central and easy to find. The staff (Mr Dinh Lee and team) are beyond exceptional. The room was perfect and larger than expected. The bathroom was perfect with a separate shower. We loved everything about Casa Dos. We will definitely be back!

First is the location. It's in the heart of everything in the old quarter. Second is the hospitality of the people. They are very accomodating with our requests, especially Mr. Linh who have been very helpful and kind. Especially that I was sick during our stay.

Excellent. Everything was great with helpful tips on local travel, arranging tours to halong bay and the loop. We left our luggage at the hotel almost 10 days when traveling around without being charged even a small amount. Great choice to stay in hanoi.
