I was truly impressed with the hotel’s tour consultation service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. Our stay at The Urban Quarter Hanoi was excellent! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
Though the floor space was a bit small, the thoughtful addition of cabinets and shelves made it easy to stay organized, which we really appreciated. There is also a small fridge to store our. fruits. Drinking water was also provided.
The staff, who are mostly the owner's family members, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They assisted us with almost everything that we need ! 😊 The included breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to our day.
There is also an elevator and this is one of the reasons I chose this place.
The location is outside the busier Old Quarter, which we actually appreciated—it provided a more peaceful atmosphere while still being accessible. We often walked to nearby restaurants, which gave us a chance to experience the local lifestyle up close. Overall, a great place to stay if you prefer a quieter yet convenient location in Hanoi!"

I had a great experience staying at Eli Rina Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made everything smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Cindy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and patient during check-in. Our driver had trouble finding the way to the hotel, but Cindy guided us over the phone with clear directions and made sure we arrived safely and comfortably.
To my pleasant surprise, I was also upgraded to a better room, which was such a lovely gesture. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view — it definitely made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I really appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Would definitely recommend Eli Rina to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
