Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer.
One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in.
Extremely efficient and thoughtful!
Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant.
I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions within 15-20 minutes and several bus stops within 5 minutes. The studio is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and laundry.

It was good value for money. Staff were so kind and helpful and the apartment had everything a family would need. It was very convenient with separate rooms for the children and a kitchen and washing machine also.

Loan from Vincent Studio Apartment was absolutely amazing to deal with and checked in most days to see if everything was fine. The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️

Very comfortable stay and great location on a quiet street. The room is spacious and has everything you need for a multiple day stay. There is even a washmachine in the appartment and a dryer on the rooftop. Great place and realy nice owner.
