I loved everything. The booking was made on Booking.com and there were no issues. The reception was perfect seeing I booked over a month before. The responsiveness was amazing. The breakfast varied and delicious. This was my best stay at any hotel. I am thankful.

It was fairly close to the train. There were multiple shareable washrooms. Good for the value, as they even had a kitchen. We were most of the time outside, so it met the expectations

Service: the self checking process is not complicated at all. Also, the instruction is very clear. 19. There is some problems for our air conditioner. I wrote an email to the customer service and got feedback very quickly the same day. Much appreciated for that. Cleaniess: the room is clean and pleasant! Best of all, in Seattle some hotels don’t provide air conditioning! But this room is equipped with portable air conditioner, which is much help during the summer heat
