This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in! Really nice capsule style bunks. The beds were completely enclosed so it was quiet and private. New and clean bathrooms and common areas. The location is also great! You can walk to the lake, shopping street, boat, and ropeway station.

Love the bidet, small but really clean. My children has pretty bad ezcema and I am very sensitive to dust. But the hotel is rly clean and we had a very pleasant stay. Small but very comprehensive.

Great location, close to the Roapway cable car and Ita Thao shopping district. Staff were all lovely and very helpful and the room was a great size and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the veiw from the dinning area is amazing.

Fantastic location and view, but that we already expected. What took us by surprise (positively) was the excellent indoor water world including hot spring and the extensive play area and arcade for children. Definitely the best place to stay at Sun Moon lake.

We stayed in six different hotels during our 7-day trip to Taiwan, and this one easily ranks #1. The facilities are new and well-maintained, and the location near the lake is perfect. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
What really made our stay exceptional was the host. Absolutely 100/10! He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even offered a bike tour, which gave us a deeper appreciation of Sun Moon Lake, and shared so many helpful recommendations for other places to visit in Taiwan.
We truly felt special staying here. Highly recommend!

Our room was spacious and clean. A/C was cold and water pressure good. We enjoyed the view from the balcony (we got a room on the 5th floor). We appreciated that this B&B had an elevator and private parking in the back, making things very easy as we could see other cars trying to find parking in the area. There's common area on the ground floor and also by the front entrance, where we sat and chatted with the folks that ran the place. They were very friendly and courteous, very helpful when we asked questions. The Taiwanese style breakfast was delicious. There were also toasts, tea and coffee available. The black tea they served was the best tea we had on this trip.
