I like that the hotel is just beside Taroko mall where I had my lunch and supper during my entire stay in Taichung. I love that it is just a walking distance from the train station and Ubus. I appreciate that Taiwan bank is just walking distance as well. The room was comfortable, Breakfast had wide varieties and on top of that, staffs are knowledgeable and respectful.

The location was convenient. I was able to visit two shopping malls, well known ice cream and confection shops, a lovely park, and more, and it was all in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they helped me order taxis for longer trips. The room was compact and comfortable, which was perfect for a solo traveler. I choose the Mini Hotel over other nearby hotels partly because I liked the layout of the room and because there is an easily accessible laundry room. The hotel environment is lovely and whimsical. The paintings on the walls and the creative fixtures and furniture give the hotel a very positive and playful atmosphere.

It's very noticeable. The rooms are really clean and smell fresh. Everything you need is provided. Location is very nice as well. It's near the station and popular spots and mall area. There's a lot of restaurants around the hotel as well.

The staff really stood out. They were friendly and very detail in explaining eveything that the property offers. Elly, I believe that was her name, was especially memorable. We arrived early and even though the room was not ready yet, we were allowed to park our car and explore the city. The breakfast was great and the private parking was nice.
