Perfect location, about 10 mins walk to Ximen MRT Station and maybe 15 mins to Taipei Main Station (Where you can get the Taoyuan Airport MRT). The hotel main entrance in at the right side of the building, this is only a lobby, you take the lift up to the 6th floor for Reception. I booked for a high floor and got the 28th floor with a great view at the river side. The room was very good, modern, separate toilet and reasonable sized. They supplied pajamas and slippers in the room and all the essential toiletries can be got on the 6th floor in reception in a well layout display cabinet. There is a laundry room also on the 6th floor where you can do your own washing and drying (X3 washing machines and X3 dryers) they take coins only. The breakfast was fabulous with both continental and Taiwan cuisine. They supply free bottles of water and Tea/Coffee at the end of reception up till 10pm. There was also a kittle in the room with a safe. Ximen is a great area for eating, drinks and shopping, very lively at night time.

The location for me was the main reason why I chose to stay at the hotel. I thought the check-in process was very smooth and the staff were very welcoming, providing lots of information on what to do and where to go in Taipei. They even offered a welcome drink and snacks. It was a perfect stay that ended again with a quick check-out and the hotel calling a taxi on my behalf.

The location is exceptional! A block away from Ximending, you can be in the scene without the noise! The hot water was consistent and helpful for sore feet after too much walking! And of course, the bidet was a big win! I just realise I used too many exclamation marks, because it really is worth the money!

Very professional and friendly staff. Had an AC issue with a room, quickly got the room changed. We would especially would like to thank the worker on the day shift of 22th of June for his attention to detail and helpfulness. Convenient location: central, but a relatively quiet street. Nearby in the area are coffee and breakfast options. Walkable to main train station if not heavy luggage.

The decorations of the hotel are amazing and unique. The magic level 2 is full of childhood memories and all sorts free snacks and free instant noodles, which brought me back to my childhood. Their arrangement of taxi services are excellent!

I like how close to the train station the hotel is. The hotel provides unlimited coffee, some snacks, and winter lemon tea!!! They are also very sustainable, you don't get your water bottles anymore, instead they provide you a pitcher and refill - which I personally like and I get to be hydrated always. They do have a washing machine with a coin payment. The hotel room was super clean! The staff were very nice.

I stay here every time I visit Taipei. It's very convenient since it's just a minute walk from Ximen MRT exit 6. It is also at the heart of Ximending night market. Almost everything you might need for a short trip is just a walk away from this place. What I like most about this is that it's just a small hotel so it's not crowded and noisy. The hotel staff are always helpful and they communicate well too. Always my go-to hotel in Taiwan.
