The locker room to keep our bags and backpacks safely (with our own passcodes) before checking in or after checking out (had to catch a red eye flight), giving us the benefit of enjoying Taipei hands free. Hotel has a brand new feel. Polite and cheerful staff. The Taiwanese are always willing to help.

The breakfast changes daily. This was a big plus to try taiwan local dishes. It was only 1 mrt stop to the main taipei station. it was so convenient. The lounge was included in the hotel price and it was a good place to relax throughout the day to get any small refreshments. It is cozy just like the name of the hotel. I look forward to come back in the near future.

It's very close to guanghua electronic plaza. Unlike many other similar 4/5 star hotels, this one the room really let's you set the desired temperature. Cooling and heating both works.

I absolutely love everything about this property. the staffs were always so helpful with my requests and she even booked me a rental car for the nights that I travel outside of Taipei and didnt stay with them. the breakfast was exceptional. Also during check out they gave us this drawn personalised card. this is a 6 star hotel service! i would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
