Clean. Staff was always there cleaning. And my bunk bed was dark with the curtains drawn and earplugs in, I slept very well. Great wifi in the upstairs common area.

The room condition, the staff, the location and everything was extremely satisfactory! It's conveniently located where you can walk from Zhongshan metro station within 10 minutes and Taipei Main Station in 15 minutes. The staff was super kindhearted which made my stay here even better! The room was huge and equipped with all necessary/extra things including a washing machine and a heater in the shower.

The room was very well designed, it was very quiet, and there was plenty of space. There were very nice touches throughout the room that made it very comfortable.
The staff were accommodating of our late check-in and helped us arrange a room for our arrival.
They also provided complementary water and snacks throughout our stay, which were very much needed as we walked around the city.
It's also right next to a subway entrance, so getting around the city was rather easy.
There are some great food options nearby as well.
Would 100% stay again if we're in Taipei!

What a nice surprise! Great location in the center of Taipei next to the central train terminal. Very quiet hotel, big rooms, comfortable bed. The hotel staff was particularly helpful with recommendations and making a difficult restaurant booking. Great tea and coffee in the Tea Room.

This is a lovely hotel set on a great street with lots of food options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to pay extra and check in at 12:00 because there was a room available. There are rooms with and without windows. We had one with a window.

The cleanliness and vibe are great, and the location which gives easy access to green, commute (MRT is only five min walk away, and it's a comfy walk) shops and eateries. It's surprisingly serene and unlike the hostels in the CBD this one's not bustling at all.
The cafe downstairs is another surprise, it gives a great vibe and discount. Cats and dog are friendly and unbothering. I sat there to work for an afternoon and I was liking it. I could see green and people occasionally walking by, soothing.
Staff is helpful and great in general.
The interior is chic in design and absolutely clean. Cafe area is a free space where takein food and beverage are allowed post-five in the evening.
There's a comfy and spacious public area in the second floor which is altered from an old accommodation area.
Toilet and shower room are clean. Shampoo and washer are provided.
Stable wifi connection included.
What's most satisfying is the rooftop with an open terrace and the table and a few seats, where you can enjoy your time with a great view, covering greens and cool undermetro walk, with majestic mountains on the far left.
It's also the social area where you can meet a lot of cool ppl and international travelers. I met a lot of cool friends and we had a great night together drinking snacking, laughing and chatting.
And the whole stay was in reasonable price.
All in all, it was a 10 out of 10 experience, coming from a seasoned international backpacker.

The place was walking distance to Ning Xia night market. The room was good enough for 2 people with big luggages. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There are free drinks in the lobby and the smoking area is just close to the lobby as well. The room was well lit and there’s a bus stop in front and near the hotel. Lots of options for 24H convenience stores nearby. The rooms look pretty new too and the reception offers to book you a ride for airport transfers for as low as NT1000 :)
