I love how convenient it was going to the theatre because I stayed here to watch a show. I also liked how comfortable the room was and how they made an eco-friendly note for the guests to explain why there were not disposable toiletries except for toilet paper. I also love the breakfast. Everything! It's the best hotel we have stayed in during our one week trip in Taiwan. The staff was very polite and professional, the lady at the check in recognised while checking my passport that it is my birthday, so she allocated us on the top floor 🥰 Thank you for this. The room is very clean, has everything you need and the location is very good as well. As a person from Europe I found it interesting to use the advanced toilet haha

The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market. My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!
